About Me | Small Moments of Ease

Have you ever felt that life keeps you endlessly busy, leaving little space to breathe?
I once lived in that way too.

Hello, my name is Tetz.
I am in my thirties, living as a minimalist and seeking a simple, comfortable way of life.

Past Life

I used to work for a large company. The salary was stable, but overtime stretched late into the night, and fatigue became a constant companion.

At home, rather than finding peace, I was surrounded by belongings. The more things I owned, the less space I felt in my mind. Work, clutter, and pressure gradually left me without room to rest, either physically or mentally.

Turning Point

Over time, my health began to suffer, and even commuting became difficult. At that moment I thought, “I cannot continue like this.”

What I longed for was something simpler, more free. I felt that if I could live with only what truly mattered, my heart would feel lighter.

That is when I discovered minimalism.

Minimalism

For me, minimalism is not only about reducing possessions.

  • It is about letting go of what is unnecessary.
  • It is about choosing what has true meaning.

What I value most is the mental space and time created by these choices. That space has brought me comfort and clarity.

Through this practice, I gradually found freedom—not only with time, but also financially.
With that freedom, I could listen more carefully to what I truly wanted. I changed jobs to ease stress and created a lifestyle that feels balanced and sustainable.

Now, I write about my experiences as I continue to live in alignment with these values.

What I Share

This blog grows out of the lessons I have learned through my journey.

It is for those who:

  • feel overwhelmed by a busy life,
  • wish to be free from being controlled by things,
  • hope to choose only what truly adds value.

Here, I share:

  • practical ideas that make daily life easier,
  • ways to use IT and gadgets wisely—as tools that support, not distract,
  • and items with timeless, long-lasting design.

I only write about what I have personally used and found helpful. My intention is not to suggest “you should live this way,” but simply to share what has worked for me. If something here resonates with you, I hope it can support your own path.

Everyday Comforts

Small habits shape the sense of ease in my daily life. For example:

  • waking naturally, without an alarm,
  • listening to music that brings calm,
  • seeking items with a design that lasts beyond trends.

These may seem small, but they bring a quiet richness to everyday living.

Looking Ahead

What I wish for in life is simple:

  • to live unbound by time and place,
  • to work in ways that I truly enjoy,
  • and to value peace of mind over money.

Someday, I hope to live closer to nature, moving at a slower, freer pace.

Closing

A quiet morning coffee, a deep breath in nature—
I believe such small pauses can gently change our lives.

If this blog offers even a little inspiration for creating your own moments of ease, I would be grateful.
And if you feel like sharing, I would be glad to hear about the small habits that bring you comfort as well.
